Decentralized exchange system or DEX uses a code to operate, which is subject to exchange rate calculations between tokens without human intervention. The rate is based on computer code only. It is possible to input an acceptable token into the system, but the user cannot dictate the exchange rate; thus, it is impossible to manipulate the system.
